3 Rounds for quality:
Max handstand push ups (can be kipping)
Immediately followed by :30 of slow PVC strict presses

- If we are still working towards a strict handstand push up, perform either pike push ups, regular push ups (any modification) or strict dumbbell presses
- Aim for an option that will allow us to achieve 10-20 reps total on our first round
- Rest as needed between sets
