Handstand walking practice

*If we are still working on our handstand walking, pick one of the following or mix and match as needed to work towards our handstand walks:
- bear crawls
- plank hold + shoulder taps
- hold feet on wall and tap shoulders
- wall climbs
- handstand holds on the wall
- handstand walk just off the wall until feet touch the wall
