Get Started at City Line

You don't have to be fit to start, but you have to start to be fit. 

CrossFit is the most efficient exercise program in the world. 
Many people who want to start working out but may be intimidated, not sure what to do first and may even doubt they can "keep up". 

That's why we designed the best program for people who are new, our Beginners Program. Everyone can do it. We go step by step to make sure you'll succeed and we're your guide the entire time. 

We offer two ways to accomplish the Beginner's Program. Read below to see which is right for you!


Mondays and Wednesdays - 6:30 AM or 6:00 PM. 
Get started whenever you'd like!

The group beginners program has a designated coach. 
Most members begin with modifiers and bodyweight exercises; we show you the what and how to. But with close guidance from our coaches and practice during the program, members gain confidence and the ability to move onto more advanced exercises!


If group format doesn't work for you, or you'd like a more personalized approach, private or semiprivate sessions allow you to have the convenience of working out at times that fit your schedule.

Go through the program in 3 sessions, have a personal coach and the convenience of days and times that work for you.


After finishing the Beginner's Program join group classes, continue in personal training or redo the program for more practice.
