I’m actually having fun for the first time in a while...I leave the gym with a sense of pride now, focusing on my accomplishments instead of focusing on how I stack up against everyone else.

Mindset Training
Over the course of 10 weeks, delve deeper into mindset work with a group of athletes just like you. This program is completed online and includes weekly teaching, homework, and a one-on-one session with Rachel each week to get personalized guidance on your mindset development.
