10 Rounds for time:
8 Ground-to-overhead (95lbs/65lbs)
10 Bar-facing burpees

* 15 minute time-cap

*any style of snatch or clean and jerk is permitted as long as they meet the standards

Coaches’ Note: For those of us new to the Open - do not worry about anything competition-wise (that goes for you vets out there, too!). Today is just another class where the format will be slightly different as we will be executing the workout in two heats and judging each other. Outside of that, we will modify the loading, movements, reps, etc as we would in any other class. We will shepherd you towards improving your skills and mindset in the face of a challenging workout. We will not recklessly encourage, nor allow you to push far past your current capacity. We will let you attempt more challenging movements and loading if you are right on the threshold of getting that certain gymnastics movement or being able to lift that certain weight. However, if the movement becomes unsafe, we ask that you please exercise humility and listen to us if we direct you to stop. The goal of all of these workouts is to have fun and show solidarity with the global CrossFit community and to learn something new! Have fun and get after it!
