24 Double unders
12 calorie Row
Coaches’ Note: After starting up the Open and going hard, it's only fitting we dial it back and get in some partner work. This is again more of a shooter's choice depending on how we are feeling after yesterday. We have some relatively simpler movements with built in rest. If we are using today as a true training day, we should be looking to finish each round in :90-2 minutes. The double unders should be unbroken, and so should the knees-to-elbow. The 12 calorie row should be taking under :40. However, if we are looking to just move through this if we are beat up from yesterday and just to get a sweat in, work with your partner for 25 minutes at a 50% pace.
