Intramural Open! Starting October 11th!

Our Intramural Open is back and begins on October 11 with a Friday Night Lights bang! Much like our Throwdown, ALL levels of experience and fitness are welcome to join in on the fun!

5 Rounds for time:
10 Dumbbell strict press (40lbs/25lbs)
40 Double unders
10 Hand-release push ups

Coaches’ Note: Today will be challening from a pressing perspective. The dumbbell strict press should be a load that we could complete 10 reps unbroken on if this were the only movement, however, for today, 2-3 fast sets is acceptable. They shouldn't be taking us over one minute to complete. Our double unders should be taking under one minute to complete and the hand-release push ups should be taking under 30 seconds. In order to perform the written reps on the push ups, we need the capacity to perform 10 in a row unbroken consistently.
