Overtime (post-workout)
10 Minutes to build to a heavy 3 front squat (from the rack)
This doesn't have to be a new 3 rep max, just something heavy relative to our ability to lift after our legs are already REAL warm.

This workout pairs two simpler, yet taxing movements together. We are looking to have a weight on the wall ball that we can maintain sets of 10-20 on for the duration of the workout. We are looking for the same capacity on the sit ups. For the sets of 50, it should take us no longer than 2.5 minutes on the wall balls and no more than 2 minutes on the sit ups. Happy Monday!
