15 Minute AMRAP:
200 meter Run
20 Air squats

Coaches’ Note: Today is an athlete's choice in terms of stimulus. For those that are coming and want to treat today as a normal training session, the 200m run should be taking under :90 and the air squats should be finished in under 40 seconds. Total number of rounds complete should be somewhere between 4-8 rounds total. For those looking to come in and wanting to utilize class as a rest day prior to the Open 20.1 workout, move for quality for 15 minutes at a 50% pace and do not worry about how many rounds are completed. Shooter's choice today!
