Alternate Movements
400 Meter Run
30 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24”/20”)

Partner 1 will run 400 meters. When they get back, they rest and partner 2 does 30 Dumbbell Snatches. When they finish, they rest and partner 1 does 15 Burpee Box Jumps then rests and partner 2 does a 400 M run, and so on for 30 minutes.
