Gymnastics Movements Include but are not limited to: Rope Climbs, Muscle Ups, Kipping, Kipping Pull-Ups or Chest to Bars, Push Ups, Handstand Walking, Handstand Push Ups, Dips

*Monday’s WOD has Chest to bar Pull-Ups and Ring Dips
