Last Day to Register for The Athlete’s System!

The Athlete's System is a 90-day nutrition coaching program that has the potential to change your life. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or take your training to the next level, this is the program for you!

Teams of 2
Complete:

200 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
200 AbMat Sit Ups
Every 3 Minutes stop and each partner complete:
1 Wall Climb & 20 Walking Lunges (10/leg)

*One partner works at a time.
Split the reps however desired.
You do not need to complete all Wall Balls before sit ups, you may stop wall balls at any point and go to sit ups and switch as desired.
*Both partners may complete the wall climb and lunges at the same time.
