Coaches Note: This is one of the original CrossFit strength benchmarks. To give you the most amount of time to work on the sets, attempt to come in a few minutes early and get warm. Here’s a warm up you can do:
2 Minutes Row/Bike/Run/Ski
10 Wall Squats
10 Lateral Over Rower Burpees
Repeat 1 more time.
