Coaches Note: This one is a leg burner. Make sure to give your legs some TLC after the workout today. We will get you cooled down properly, but think about spending 5-10 minutes after rolling your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Spending some extra time on a couch stretch might not be a bad idea either!!
