Coaches Note: Today’s workout, just like Keanu Reeves’ character, Johnny Utah, in “Point Break” is all about skill and looking pretty. As the runs get shorter, the weight gets heavier. However, it shouldn’t be too heavy, relative, that we lack the ability to go unbroken on each set. Ideally, we should have the capacity to snatch each load and continue to squat it. The runs will be enough to get you out of breath before you get to the bar. If you come into the gym early, get on the Crossover Symmetry bands and follow the “Activation” exercises on the movement placards to start prepping your shoulders!
