"Point Break"

20 minutes, As many rounds and reps as possible of:
w/ partner, alternate rounds:
100 meter sprint
10 Kettlebell swings (70lbs/53lbs)
5 Strict pull up

Accessory
Max plank hold off forearms - every 10 seconds, add a light plate to your partners back!
(This can be as light as a 2.5lb plate - just a little something for some fun! The coaches will give more direction in terms of loading and scaling in class!)

Coaches Note: Fun partner workout to kick off the holiday weekend! This is a “you go, I go” format. One partner will go through the 100 meter sprint, 10 kettlebell swings, then 5 strict pull ups while the other rests. The goal is continuous movement. Each round should be somewhere between 1-2 minutes. Hard and fast!! We will spend time prior to the workout finding challenging but appropriate modifications for our strict pull ups so we can improve our pulling strength!!
