Coaches Note: Quicker effort today. The dumbbells should be light relative to our ability level. The goal is at least to go unbroken on round one and maybe do 2-3 quick sets in the subsequent rounds. After the workout, we will have some fun, load up the bars, and get in a few heavy reps on our strict press!
