Coaches Note: Don’t let the small rep scheme fool you - these hard fast AMRAPS contain a lot of fitness. The RX weight for the thruster is body weight, however we will utilize our heavy 2 rep thruster build prior to it in order to find the right weight for us in today’s effort. We will also spend time on the bar muscle up skill and have plenty of modifications available!
