20 minutes, as many rounds and reps possible:
400 meter Hill run, switch every 200 meters
60 Kettlebell swings (70lbs/53lbs)
- partition swings as needed
"Ab-blasters"- Holding PVC pipe
10 simulated toes to bar
10 wind-shield wipers
10 flutter kicks
