Coaches Note: This one is going to get the legs pretty toasty today team. If you come into the gym early, work on warming up then stretching your hamstrings and hips. The bar starts on the ground today and we will cover the proper technique for getting from the ground onto our back in our warm up, so if this is the first time you have done this, we got you covered! The loading should be something that can be power cleaned with sound mechanics up, safely brought to the back, and then squatted for 5 consecutive reps. Have fun with this heavier one today!
