Coaches Note: The theme of this week’s WOD names focuses on past US battles. This Thursday, June 6th, is the 75th Anniversary of D-Day; the Invasion of Normandy in 1944 - kind of an important event to remember. Anyways, all the workouts this week will have the title of a battle so break a mental sweat after the workouts and give them a Google search to learn about them if you have the time. Enjoy!
