Coaches Note: This is a classic CrossFit.com workout. Although these weights may look heavy, relative to some of our ability level, they actually should be pretty light. In fact, they should be able to be done either unbroken or in two quick sets for each workout. The workout itself shouldn’t take over 10 minutes to complete. We are going to spend plenty of time warming up and testing our weights prior to not only move more efficiently, but have the correct weight for our intended stimulus. Let’s start the weekend off right!!
