200 meter Farmer's carry (50lbs/35lbs)
20 Dumbbell strict press (50lbs/35lbs)
Coaches Note: Shorter effort than yesterday, but the grip will definitely be taxed as we will be holding onto the dumbbells for the balance of the workout. Get your shoulders warmed up on the Crossover Symmetry bands if you come in early and follow the placard with the “Activation” exercises on them!
