Coaches Note: Heavy Day! With a twist. This ladder is definitely challenging and we want to stay relatively heavy throughout all of the sets. On the way back up the ladder, the goal is to stay at the same weight we used on the way down, or increase it. The other challenge, double overhand the bar the entire workout. It will be harder, but the more you practice this, the stronger your grip will be!
