Coaches Note: Shorter, higher skill workout today. We are looking for under 10 minutes total. That means modifying the workout to where we are today will be crucial. Prior to starting, we will have an in-depth skill session working towards our strict handstand push ups (or perfecting them if we already are working there) and optimizing our snatch technique. Fun skill day you don’t want to miss!
