INDEPENDENCE DAY SCHEDULE
Wednesday, July 3rd - No 6pm or 7pm Classes
Thursday, July 4th - 8:30am and 9:30am Classes, Open Gym until 12pm with Coach Kris!
3 rounds for time:
30 Walking lunges
30 GHD Hip extensions
30 Dumbbell Hang power clean (50lbs/35lbs)
Coaches Note: This workout is intended to have us somewhere between 9-12 minutes. The lunges and hip extensions should be fast, and the load for the dumbbell hang power cleans, light relative to our fitness level. Roll into your weekend on a high note!! Enjoy your Friday.
