30 Hip Extensions
20 Burpees over the box (24”/20”)

Coaches Note: Little longer effort today, between 15-20 minutes. The runs should be steady and so should the burpees over the box. When we get to the hip extensions, we should be able to turn up the speed a little bit here. We will talk scaling options during class to modify since there will not be enough GHDs for everyone to utilize.
