Coaches Note: Today, is June 6th, D-Day. Look it up if you don’t know about it. No better way to recognize this historic event than some heavy wall-balls and muscle ups. This is a push (squat) and pull (muscle up) workout that will allow to go a little faster. Regardless of how challenging this appears, we will modify the workout accordingly to get everyone finished in under 10 minutes today. Additionally, we will spend a substantial portion of our skill time focusing on bettering our muscle up skill, or gaining the strength necessary to get closer to it!
