Heavy 3 Hang Power Snatch
10. minutes to build up to this weight prior to the WOD

15 minutes, as many rounds and reps possible:
200 meter hill run
10 Hang power snatch (75lbs/55lbs)
15 ft handstand walk

Coaches Note: Some higher skill movements that (just like the snatch-strict handstand push up last week) interfere with each other in terms of movement function - the overhead stabilization. The snatches are designed to be light, relative, and the handstand walk short, relative to allow for consistent movement. We will have plenty of scaling options available and cover them during the warm up and skill portion of today’s class. Happy Friday!
