1,000 meter row
80 Air squats
60 Hand-release push ups
40 Deadlifts (185lbs/125lbs)

Coaches Note: Longer grind today. We are looking for somewhere between 15-22 minutes. The limit of advance will most likely be the push ups. As long as your ability allows, modify accordingly utilizing the different push variations we have been working on in class. Our deadlifts should be something moderately heavy that we could do unbroken fresh for at least 20-30 reps without letting go of the bar. We will have time to load accordingly in class so do not worry if you are not sure what that loading is supposed to feel like! Prior to the warm up, some banded good mornings and squat therapy reps will help set us up for success today. Happy Weekend!
