Coaches Note: Conditioning day today with the CrossFit classic. These efforts should be all out each time as we have 3 minutes to rest in between. Can you achieve a faster split time as you reach consecutive rounds? Don’t skip out on today if running and rowing aren’t your favorites. These workouts help build our engine and missing out on these will slow the process of understanding how to properly pace in all of your workouts. We can modify the distances and movements as well if needed. Let’s get it!
