"Block Party"

15 minute AMRAP with a partner
you go, I go:
5 Odd-Object Front Squats (heavy)
15 Ab-mat sit ups
25' Shuttle sprint

Overtime
2 attempts at a max hanging L-sit hold
- use any variation needed to complete
- rest as needed between sets

Coaches’ Note: Fun partner workout today. One partner will go through a round while the other rests. The goal is to keep up a steady, faster pace! There will be three odd-object options to work with today: (1) Heavy D-ball (2) Heavy sandbag (3) Double Kettlebell front squat. We have specific directions in terms of where our front squat strength with a barbell currently sits that will help us assign the best object and loading option for you to use! So, if you have your workout logs, please come prepared with those numbers as that will help us guide you towards the optimal option for today’s intended workout stimulus. Have a great weekend!!
