10 DB front rack walking lunge (50lbs/35lbs)
10 Deficit push up off dumbbells
1000 meter row

Coaches’ Note: Longer effort today with the 100m rows plugged in but it will be a good one. We are going to switch up our push up game and do them off of dumbbells making sure our chest and thighs touch the ground in between the dumbbells, so they will be slightly more challenging. However, we will be able to modify these as always - just another physical skill we can add to our fitness toolbox!
