"Double Stuffed Grace"
On a 20 minute clock:

For time:
60 Clean and jerks (135lbs/95lbs)

- rest 3 minutes

For load in the remaining time:
Build to a heavy single clean and jerk

Coaches’ Note: Happy Monday!! We’re bringing in the week with lighter, high rep clean and jerks in Double Grace, resting, then building to a heavy single clean and jerk in the remaining time. There is a 20 minute clock, so the faster Double Grace is finished, the more time you have to tackle the heavy single. Today may not be a PR day, and that is ok. PR’ing every time you attempt a lift is an unrealistic expectation. Our body will primed to clean and jerk after all the relatively lighter reps prior, but it will still be taxed. The point of today is to lift something heavy when we’re already tired. Have fun with this one!!!
