Coaches’ Note: Today we have a little longer chipper where we are going to see some complementary movements of pulling and pushing, then hip extension followed by hip flexion. This should allow us to keep up a good pace as we are not over-taxing one muscle group. The total time should be somewhere between 10-15 minutes. If we are still working on some of these movements, there are plenty of modifications available today to get you the fitness you need today!
