Coaches Note: Today we are going to tackle a classic CrossFit.com workout. A “tabata” itnterval features 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes of total work. Today’s total effort will be 24 minutes long. The goal of these intervals is to maintain a level of intensity that neither puts you at your max effort or “redline”, nor close to a “sand bagging” pace. Go too fast, and you will be smoked for the remaining efforts, go too slow and you won’t get very much out of the workout…If you are unsure of where this is for you, we have plenty of modifications available to get you where you need to be, today!
