Wall Ball (30lbs/20lbs)
Strict Handstand Push Ups
Pistols, alternating

Coaches Note: Another 9-12 minute workout that is meant to be a shorter, higher skill sprint. Heavier wall balls are on the menu but should still be able to performed unbroken each round. We will spend ample time prior to the workout working on the skill of the strict handstand push up and pistols to get us to where we need to be for today.
