Coaches’ Note: True to the workout name, this one is short, hard, and fast. The runs will be a little longer, but it will be on the flat course so we can keep our speed up. These shorter, very intense days are important for building our overall fitness capacity. The simplicity of today is always deceptive: it looks boringly simple, but packs the biggest punch when it comes to getting you results. Put the hammer down on this one and finish off the weekend strong!!
