Build to a heavy 3 front squat
Coaches’ Note: Yesterday we saw a longer chipper, today our goal is to finish somewhere between 9-12 minutes. Why? We need to go long on some days and short on the other. Today we see some slightly higher skill movements specifically in the double under and chest to bar pull up. For those of us working on these movements, today is important because we are going to work on our skills to increase our proficiency! Let’s go hard, let’s go fast, and just like Kevin Millar of the 2003-2004 Red Sox used to say, let’s “Cowboy Up!!”
