60 Deadlifts (155lbs/105lbs)
6 Rope Climbs (15')
60 Front Squats (155lbs/105lbs)
Coaches’ Note: Partner work today!! The loading for the deadlift and front squat should be the same. The deadlift should allow us to complete 15-20 repetitions unbroken, fresh, if we asked you to and the front squats should allow us to do about 10-15 unbroken. You and your partner can break up the reps as needed but you cannot move onto a different movement until you’ve finished all the reps on the one you’re currently working. We should be able to break up the deadlifts and front squats into sets of 10 and go 1 rep to 1 rep on the rope climb!
