Coaches Note: Today’s workout is in honor of Boston Firefighter, former United States Marine, and CrossFit Southie coach Justin Poitras. One year ago today Justin’s life was cut short in a motorcycle crash just a few blocks away from CrossFit Southie. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, teammate, and great friend to all he met. To celebrate Justin’s life, fittingly, this workout is tough by design, but as always we will modify accordingly to accommodate everyone’s needs today.
