Coaches’ Note: HEAVY DAY!!! Come back from the holiday weekend strong. Different format today, we are going to work up to a heavy double and then attempt to hold that weight across all 5 sets. That means our rest will be a little longer in between each set so we are fully recovered. We will explain the specifics of the execution more in class and if we are still working on building our strength and understanding the movement, we have more modifications as well! Let’s get after it!
