"Hard Labor"

5 Rounds for time:
200m hill run with medball (20lbs/14lbs)
20 Pull ups

Coaches’ Note: Grunt work pure and simple today. For our pull ups we want utilize an option that will allow us to perform 5-10 reps unbroken on our first pull up set and then hold either 5’s or 3’s after that. Our runs will be a little slower than normal because we are carrying the medicine ball, but the weight should be more of an annoyance than a load that inhibits us from moving. We shouldn’t be on the pull up bar for over 90 seconds and the same goes for our runs.
