20 Minute AMRAP

8 Kettlebell swings (70lbs/53lbs)
Coaches Note: This is a classic CrossFit benchmark/hero WOD designed to test some higher skill movements but keep us moving at the same time. All of the reps here should be performed unbroken for at least the first half of the workout. Our goal with all of the modifications for our movements today is to keep intensity high by keeping us moving. Let's bear down, have some fun, and try to set a new PR if we have tested this before!
