"Short & Hard"

9 Minute AMRAP
9 Kettlebell swings (70lbs/53lbs)
18 Double unders
9 Ring push ups

Coaches’ Note: This one is meant to be short, hard, and fast. The rep scheme is low and that means we should be able to go unbroken on each of these movements for the duration of the workout today. Our kettlebell weight should be heavy, relative to our ability, but still a weight we can control and go unbroken with - think "Nate" from last Friday for your weight if you completed this workout. Each round should be taking us 1 minute to 90 seconds to complete.
