Benchmark day! We are looking to try and top our previous PRs for all of these lifts or, if we have not established one yet, establish it. There will only be three attempts allowed for each lift. You will have the time for about 2-3 warm up sets for each movement before you get into your heavier sets. Rest should be between 3-4 minutes between the three heavy attempts. If you miss, deload and do your next rep at a weight you know you can hit and do it perfectly. Go get some new PR's!!
