9 Push Jerk (185lbs/125lbs)
24 GHD Sit ups
6 Push Jerks (205lbs/135lbs)
48 GHD Sit ups
3 Push Jerks (225lbs/155lbs)

Coaches’ Note: This one is going to be fun, but taxing on our midline. The sit ups increase in reps as the load gets heavier. It’s meant to be completed in a short period of time, but the load we are lifting will be challenging none-the-less. Go get it!
