“Row and Bro”
With a partner, switch each round
10 Rounds for time:
250 meter row
10 Bench Press (185lbs/125lbs)

Coaches Note: Perfect workout for Bring a Friend Day! This is designed to be a back and forth workout where the rows take us anywhere between :45 - 1:10 minute to complete, and the bench press has us performing a weight that we can complete, unbroken, for at least the first 3 rounds. This is a moderately heavy weight that you can still move quick for 10 reps and feel like you have at least another 5 in the tank. After that, maybe you have one quick break. The bench press reps should also not be taking us longer than one minute to complete. Welcome to all of those joining us today and thanks for throwing down! We have plenty of modifications and instruction available during class for today’s workout to meet us at our level of fitness today!
