“Bar, Squat, Run”
12 minute AMRAP:
10 Toes to bar
15 Air squats
200m run (hill)

Overtime
Build to a heavy 2 back squat:
This will be post workout, so the legs will be a little toasty, it doesn’t have to be a 2 rep max, just something heavy relative to your capacity. Look for completing somewhere between 3-5 sets depending on how you feel after the workout!

Coaches Note: Our goal is continuous, fast movement on this one today. Our toes to bar option should be performed unbroken every round and only take us about 10-20 seconds to complete. Same goes for the air squats. The hill run shouldn't be taking us over :90 seconds. We would rather have you go really fast today and be out of breath than try and go beyond your capacity and slow down. Buckle up and bear down on this one!!
