Coaches’ Note: HEAVY DEADLIFTS!! Goal for our session today is to go double overhand for as long as possible on this. Ideally, we may establish a new 2 Rep Max (2RM). As we have seen in the past heavy day sessions, after the set of 6 we should be resting about 2-3 minutes. After the set of 4, our rest should be about 3 minutes, and then after each set of 2, around 4 minutes. We are looking to make each rep an event and go as heavy as possible for us, today. Go get it!!
